Application submission does not guarantee you will be successful. Selection process will take place and you will be notified by 30th April 2022. If your application is successful, we will send you a proforma invoice inclusive of payment details to secure your place. Return this application form to: adlingtoncarnival1@gmail.com

Space is available in multiples of 3m X 3m at a cost of £30 for the two days. No one day bookings will be taken. Notification must be made if bringing a trailer and size of trailer discussed before applying. Gazebo & tables must be provided by traders (Gazebo can be hired at a price of £20). There is no vehicle movement allowed on the field after 10am.


Terms & Conditions: - Adlington Carnival Committee accept no responsibility for loss or injury caused by any trade stand. All traders must have Public Liability Insurance for £5 million pounds, provide a risk assessment inc Covid Plan, Food Hygiene Certificate, allergy risk assessments and any electrical equipment used on site must be PAT tested. Location will be allocated by the field manager. Security will be onsite, but any goods or items left on the site overnight will be the responsibility of the trader. Gazebos must be at commercial standards with weights.


I hereby understand and accept that all waste must be removed from the site.
